THESE BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS MEET NSW STATE GOVERNMENT COVID SAFE GUIDELINES AS OF DEC 15th 2021

& are subject to change without notice to meet any future government guidelines.

1. ALL BOOKINGS FOR TABLES HAVE A MAXIMUM BOOKING TIME ALLOCATION OF 2 HOURS

  • Tables of 2 are allocated 90 minutes

  • Dinner bookings at 7 pm or later do not have 2-hour limits as we don’t resit after 8:30 pm

2. Please only book for the number of seats eating at the restaurant.

If you have Children ordering from the kids menu ( 12 you & Under) can you use the Tags(Children) and Notes section when booking to notify us (How Many Kids). This assists with table allocations for Children. Don’t Book seats for Children in Prams or Highchairs, just request a high chair or table with pram access (no promises but we will do our best)

3. Book for your MAXIMUM number of guests and adjust down when you confirm.

We CAN NOT add seats on the day as most nights we are always booked out to capacity. REMEMBER...it’s YOUR BOOKING and YOU MUST confirm your numbers on the day (no later than 2 hours before your booking). Simply arriving with short numbers to your booking is not acceptable and we reserve the right to charge $25 per seat that is booked (by you) but not used at our restaurant.

4. All bookings require a credit card pre-authorization to the value of a $25 per seat booked.

(Without credit card authority, unfortunately, the system will cancel the booking)

This guarantees against no-shows & reduced number arrival bookings.

(please note the credit card will only be charged if there is a dispute with a booking regarding our terms listed here. **IT IS NOT USED TO PAY YOUR BILL**)

5. We can accept table sizes up to 12 with current staff levels.

If you have a group thats 13+ (not including children ordering from the kids menu. 12yo and under), this booking is classed as a function. All bookings of 13+ must be completed via email to info@limemexicansawtell.com.au (this includes with or without kids).

Function bookings have set menu choices for food ( sorry we can’t accommodate guests ordering from the menu at the time of booking) and minimum spend targets (inc Food and Beverage) of $50 per head Mon - Thursday and $65 per head Fri/Sat/Sun bookings. Function bookings receive a 3-hour booking timeslot as opposed to a standard 2-hour booking. Lunch Service Fri/Sat/Sun from 12 Noon to 3 pm does not have any restrictions on table sizes. If you book multiple table bookings we CAN NOT guarantee that they will be seated together (we can try...but we simply can’t guarantee).

6. PLEASE check your details correctly before you complete your booking.

This system sends an email confirmation and a reminder confirmation 24 hours out from your booking. Our staff also text on the day of the booking, giving you every opportunity to confirm numbers for your booking. We simply can’t be responsible for email addresses or mobile numbers that are wrong. We also accept no responsibility for any guests that "don't read our emails or text messages." We are an extremely busy venue that handles lots of bookings and guests every night of the week, this is the only option we have of communicating all our T&C's at time of booking and day of booking.

PLEASE NOTE BOOKINGS FOR MINORS (UNDER 18 PARTIES-WITHOUT ADULTS ATTENDING) ARE NOT PERMITTED ON FRIDAY/SATURDAY AND SUNDAY DINNER SERVICE (Lunch Service has no restrictions)
